This policy applies to purchases made from LabRat.exp through our online store.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them. Please do not send items back before contacting us, so we can confirm the correct return instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we tell you otherwise in writing. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us and we will review the issue and the appropriate remedy.

Refund timing

Once a valid withdrawal or approved return is received, we will refund eligible payments to the original payment method. We may wait until we have received the returned goods or proof that you sent them back, where permitted by applicable law.
